L’idée de créer un tribute band à Alice Cooper était dans l’air depuis de nombreuses années, mais n’avais jamais vu le jour car il fallait une convergence d’évènements et de personnes. Aujourd’hui le rêve est devenu réalité ! C’est pendant le confinement COVID de 2020 que cette idée à refait surface et que les planètes se sont alignées. Il n’a pas fallu beaucoup de temps pour convaincre des musiciens aux talents reconnus et rompus à la scène, pour se joindre à cette aventure quelque peu particulière. C’est ainsi que Thierry DUTRU à la batterie (ex TRUST), Julien LAMBERT (CAPTAIN COVER, MALEMORT, SLAVES TO METAL tribute ACCEPT, STRANGERS FROM UFO tribute UFO) et Stick SHOUTER (Révérend REDLOCKE, ex WIZZO) aux guitares et Antoine ANDRIA à la basse, ont rejoint TITI WILD (HEAVINTAGE, FACTOR HATE, MAINKIND…) pour donner vie à ce projet d’envergure. A TASTE OF AC, le tribute band Français le plus fidèle à l'esprit des shows et à la musique de Alice Cooper, vous propose de découvrir ou redécouvrir tous les classiques proposés par le maître du shock rock depuis plus de 50 ans, mais avec une touche personnelle. Notre setlist comprend même certains morceaux jamais joués sur scène par Alice Cooper lui-même. Nous proposons 1H45 de spectacle grand guignolesque interprété par des musiciens exceptionnels ! Tout y est, du photographe immolé sur scène, à l’infirmière maléfique, la chaise électrique, les Billion dollar Babies et bien d’autres choses encore... Une expérience unique à découvrir d’urgence !!! Il est donc bien question ici de donner au public un spectacle fidèle à l’imagerie véhiculée par le maître lui-même depuis plus de 50 ans, dans un spectacle et des décors haut en couleurs et pendant lequel tout peut arriver ! Vous pourrez revivre l’essentiel des différents spectacles, toutes époques confondues, mais avec la « patte » et le feeling des musiciens composant le groupe et des « acteurs » qui nous rejoignent sur scène Il n’est pas question, par exemple, de reproduire note pour note les solos de Ryan Roxie, Tommy Henricksen ou Nita Strauss, mais de laisser libre court à la créativité des guitaristes du groupe dans l’esprit des morceaux. The idea of creating an Alice Cooper tribute band had been in the air for many years but had never came alive because it required a convergence of events and people. Today the dream has become a reality! It is during the COVID confinement of 2020 that this idea resurfaced and that the planets aligned. It didn't took a long to convince recognized talented musicians who were experienced on stage to join this somewhat particular adventure. Thus, Thierry DUTRU (ex TRUST amongst other bands.) on drums, Julien LAMBERT (CAPTAIN COVER, MALEMORT, SLAVES TO METAL tribute ACCEPT, STRANGERS FROM UFO tribute UFO), Stick SHOUTER (Reverend REDLOCKE, ex WIZZO) on guitars and Antoine ANDRIA have joined TITI WILD (HEAVINTAGE, FACTOR HATE...) to give life to this enormous and outstanding project.
